ACB Annual General Meeting 

Members are warmly invited to attend our Annual General Meeting at the historic Prince Albert Club. Ideally situated just off the Petit Sablon, the club's grand rooms and old world charm provide the perfect setting for the occasion. 

From 18:00 - 18:45 enjoy a complimentary drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available) while reconnecting with fellow members before the formalities commence at 18:45 until 20:00.  

During our Annual General Meeting, we will provide updates on the club's finances and operations, and we also need our members to approve our budget, ratify board members and other formalities - we would also appreciate any feedback you have.  Please note that associate members (Students, Non-resident and Honorary members) are welcome at the meeting and to give feedback, but can not officially vote at the meeting. 

Your presence means a great deal to us, it helps us keep you informed about everything happening at the club while ensuring we meet our legal obligations as an ASBL.  We hope to see you there! 

The event is for members only and is free of charge. 

We have also organized dinner at Les Petits Oignons just around the corner, if you wish to join us, please register here no later than by June 6th as we have to confirm numbers and food choices to the restaurant that day -  you can register for the dinner here. 

Transport options:

The Prince Albert Club is easily accessible by public transport and offers street parking and some free parking at the rear of the building.  If the main door at the front of the building is not open, you will need to walk around to the back of the building (go through the driveway which is a bit futher past the main door on the left) and walk under the big archway, turn left and walk through the parking area to the walkway which brings you to the back door.
